Funding your Programme
Unfortunately RDI Programmes are sparsely funded in the UK (only one family so far! This can sometimes cause problems for families who want to begin their programme but cannot afford it.
The necessary expenses include; a camcorder and consultant fees.
The following are some ideas of how to raise funds for your programme. If you have some more great ideas please share them with me via email and I will put them on this site!
1 - Get sporty! Do a sponsored walk, run, swim or what ever you want.
2 - Find the local football team and ask them to play a match to raise money for your programme.
3 - De - clutter your home! - have a garage sale/ boot fair and let people know why you are having one - they may be more generous. Also use the internet (ebay) to sell your unwanted items.
4 - Approach your local businesses, sometimes big businesses will sponsor funds for things like this, ask your work place to organise something to raise funds.
5 - Hold a fundraising dinner party!
